Podcasting is part of my journey

Standard

Podcasting is one of my big passions in life!

I have a podcast since 5 years or so but these last few years I never uploaded anything. Why? I have no clue to be honest 😉 Just wasn’t interested? Well, I live in the present moment so I don’t go into a deep analysing state of mind!

Deforming existing sounds makes beautiful noise!

What I do is deforming existing sounds. My style is ambient with lots of surprises 😉

When I’m busy editing the sounds and music I’m in the flow. That same creative flow I feel when I’m writing. It makes me glow in the dark! It makes me so happy! So tonight I created a beautiful piece of audio and uploaded it to my podcast page on Podomatic. My intention is to upload much more on a regular base. I love doing it. Tonight I used my laptop, so my voice is present at the start and the end but the quality is not very good. I have a good mic on my PC so I might start creating from there!

It was so much fun to podcast tonight. It’s freshly published. If you like you can listen to it and/or download it for free:

If you can’t click it copy paste this link:

Don’t forget to like it 😉

I love to hear your opinion dear friends!

Enjoy and I hope the energy will help you, because that is what my so-called “noise” does. Through the energy in the sounds you can experience lots of stuff. Just let it happen! Please share your experiences. I can’t wait to hear from you!

I hope you are all happy and enjoying your weekend!

Namaste and I promise I will blog more, got a lot of stuff to share 🙂

Cheers, Anja

The Optimist Creed

Standard

The Optimist Creed (Christian D. Larson) was originally published in 1912 in a book titled ‘Your forces and how to use them’. These words are so powerful! I read this every morning and every evening and it helps me to stay connected to my forces, to my inner power, that flow of energy you need to manifest what you want in life. Or to stay strong in challenging times.

Christian D. Larson believed that people have tremendous latent powers and so do I. A lot is possible, even if things in life seem to be impossible.

If you’re curious like I am: more about Christian D. Larson can be found here:

http://christianlarson.wwwhubs.com/

The page also offers a free prosperity e-book and email course! I just subscribed, I’ll let you know if it’s worth reading 😉

It’s a pleasure to share the Optimist Creed with you. Print it and keep it on your nightstand or another visible place. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!

The Optimist Creed:

Promise Yourself

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature you meet.

To give so much time to improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word, but in great deeds.

To live in the faith that the whole world is on your side, so long as you are true to the best that is in you.
